Health Garauntee & Contract

The purchaser has 3 business days to have the pup vet-checked for life-threatening diseases. There is also a guarantee until one year of age against life-threatening congenital defects. No guarantee is made in regard to breeding or showing ability. This expressly does not include parasites, including but not limited to: intestinal worms, coccidia, giardia or demodex (all treatable by a vet). However, the breeder will take every precaution to make sure each puppy is as parasite-free at delivery as can be reasonably expected.

In order to receive an exchange for another puppy of equal or greater value: The purchaser will notify the breeder and return the puppy with any registration papers, copies of radiographs and lab reports together with a written, signed report by a licensed veterinarian, noting the scanned microchip #, stating the puppy has a life-threatening congenital defect.  The breeder reserves the right to a second opinion at her expense. In the event of death, a necropsy shall be performed at buyer's expense to determine the cause of death. No replacement if death is a result of euthanasia, abuse, neglect or accident.

The purchaser authorizes the breeder to take possession of the puppy/dog from any dog catcher, rescue, humane society or private party that has found, caught or had relinquished to them the above animal, until the purchaser can be notified. The purchaser agrees to reimburse the breeder for associated costs. If the purchaser cannot be found, the breeder is authorized to take full ownership after 2 weeks.

We are not responsible for any charges incurred by purchaser including but not limited to: vet exams, treatment, lab work, necropsy reports, return shipping charges, etc...

We consider this puppy to be in good health. There are no known health problems unless otherwise stated in this agreement at the time of sale.

The purchaser understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
